The EdgeLink Mini-Mux 840 combines 84 T1 (63 E1) into an OC-3 (STM-1) within a one rack-unit shelf. Mini-Mux 840 combines the functionality of three complete M13 Multiplexers with an OC-3 (STM-1) Add/Drop Multiplexer. Small size, simple installation and configuration, multiple power options, and a temperature-hardened platform make the Mini-Mux 840 the industry’s most flexible optical broadband multiplexer.
The Mini-Mux 840 is ideal for mass termination of OC-3 (STM-1) into T1 (E1) signals, highly-efficient intra-office transport of T1 (E1) lines, wireless or DLC backhaul, or anywhere minimal space and low power consumption is a must. UPSR ring deployment is also supported.

EdgeLink Hub, M13 distribution hub, enables service providers to more efficiently deliver T1 services from their core transport systems. Its ease of operation and flexibility allows them to quickly and cost-effectively expand service delivery without the burden and cost of additional shelves. This compact CO solution, only 5 RU, can hub up to 9 DS3 drops off core transport equipment such as SONET add/drop multiplexers (ADM), digital cross-connect (DCS) or C.O. switch, for high density DS1 distribution.
