BNC SERIES - RF CONNECTORS

|
The BNC name derives from Bayonet Navy Connector and was developed in the 1940´s as a miniature version of the
type C Connector. It is a miniature quick connect/disconnect low cost RF connector that features two bayonet lugs on the
jack connector, and it can be connected with a quarter turn of the coupling nut.
They are available in a wide variety of RG and industry standard cables, and are built in accordance with the IEC 169-8.
The BNC series were designed to offer a wide variety of termination styles, such as crimp-crimp, clamp-solder, suretwist
and field serviceable termination.
