Signamax CAT 5e Angled Patch Panels are designed to the same high level performance as our standard category 6 panels. Signamax 24 Port CAT 5e Angled Patch Panels and Signamax 48 Port Angled Patch Panels are supplied preloaded with black category 5e jacks or can be ordered unloaded for field configuration. These panels have the added feature of an angled design to help route patch cords to vertical rack or cabinet mounted cable management. This feature eliminates the need for horizontal cable management panels, which provides additional rack space in high density applications.

ATS offers a complete selection of Signamax CAT5E patch panels from standard Signamax CAT5e Patch Panels to, the new Signamax Angled CAT 5e patch panels and the Signamax High Density CAT 5E patch panels. All Signamax CAT 5e patch panels are offered in a variety of configurations for voice, data, audio and video distribution cabling applications for TIA/EIA Categories 3, 5e, 6 and 6A. We provide users with advanced product designs and features for effective horizontal cabling. Category 5e Patch Panels are designed to exceed ANSI/TIA-568-C.2 component, permanent link and channel performance specifica-tions providing usable bandwidth beyond 155 MHz. These high-density panels are available in 12- through 48-port versions and fea-ture enhanced front and rear labeling features for easy circuit identification. Category 5e panels support both T568A and T568B wir-ing schemes using an easy-to-read color-coded wiring label.

Panels are constructed for maximum strength and durability and feature a fully enclosed, modular design, which provides flexibility and protection of printed circuitry during termination. Rear termination is made quick and easy using a 4-pair inline 110-type connec-tor compatible with standard multipair impact tool to reduce installation time or single-position 110 termination tool.

Panels include an integrated cable management feature for cable routing and strain relief requirements. An optional cable manage-ment bar, which mounts easily to the back of the panel, is available for improved cable routing and strain relief.The cat5e patch panels are different types to fit UTP or STP category 5E wires, they are with optional pre-installed keystone jack, the whole patch panel will fit in any standard 19 inch rack or cabinet, make the equipment flexible to use, available types could fit T568A and T568B wiring standards as described in TIA/EIA. Our cat5e patch panels are excellent for linking between equipment in network cabling systems, they are stable and easy to use, the product design exceed the industrial standards and could reduce the time and cost during installation and maintenance work

Signamax CAT 5e Wall Mount Jack Panels -Pricing-

Category 5e Wall Mount Jack Panels are available in 12, 24, and 36 port sizes with connections enclosed in a protective housing featuring a removable front cover for easy access to the front facing RJ-45 and 110 connectors. Panels are provided with standoff legs for routing cables behind the panel. The 12 and 36 port panels have the same footprint as a 100 and 300 pair 110 blocks. The jack panels accommodate both T568A and T568B wiring using an easy to follow color-coded wiring label.

Mini Patch Panels are available in 12-port size and are ideal for installations where space is at a premium and open bay racks cannot be used. Panels are designed to exceed TIA/EIA-568-B.2 component level specifications and include port numbering, write-on labeling areas and are compatible with both T568A and T568B wiring configurations. Panels are provided mounted to either an 89D bracket or in a hinged version, both of which allow for easy access to the back of the panel for termination to 110 connectors.
