Channells’ GOAT Pedestals (GP) are high-performance pedestals that provide field-proven protection for any outside plant application. The pedestals come in four different sizes to accommodate a wide- range of fiber, CATV, power, and copper equipment.

Optimus Super Vent Pedistal
Channell’s Optimus Super Vent (OSV) Pedestal is a robust platform for protecting fiber optic nodes and is synonymous with reliability and performance in the outside plant environment. The OSV platform is a direct replacement to the SPH pedestal housings which have been the industry standard for many years.
Channell’s Heat Dissipation Cover (HDC) is fully vented on all four sides and has an insulated attic area to help reduce costly node failures caused by overheating. The base is Channell’s BULK vault body which features the highest performance standards in the industry.

Challenger Series Pedestals
Designed specifically for housing passive equipment, these special versions of the Channell CPH 911, CPH 920, and CPH 1022 pedestals feature direct-bury bases with a high rib design that are less likely to lean or tilt and do not require stakes for installation. A special self-locating cover ensures that the pedestals lock properly without additional alignment. The covers include Channell’s Self-Lock® security hardware.

- 9” and 10” diameter round profiles provide maximum workspace and bend radius provisions for all passives, cables and connectors
- Round pedestal style maintains a consistent look with legacy pedestals in the field
- Constructed of durable, high-strength materials for maximum security and long service life

- Optional stake mounting provision for joint trench or other special applications

Signature Pedestal Housing Series active equipment enclosures are designed to accommodate the increasing size and complexity of broadband electronic equipment and to assure adequate room for proper mounting of both active and passive equipment, SPH Series enclosures also accommodate all off-premise addressable and active equipment. A wide array of mounting options permit the proper mounting of virtually all coaxial and fiber optic broadband equipment used throughout the world.
