UL, CSA and NSF Splash Zone LFMC SZ Series
AFC’s newest LIQUID-TUFF™ product is designed specifically for splash zones. Splash zones are areas that require regular washing, bleaching and disinfecting to prevent contamination and other hazards. AFC has manufactured a flexible rugged moisture, oil and sunlight resistant product designed to meet the demands of meat packing, restaurants, food processing, poultry packing and pharmaceutical facilities. This product inhibits bacterial growth and does not degrade when using bleach for cleaning and sterilization.

NEMA 4X Approved flexible coated stainless steel conduit can be used for protecting electronic and electrical wires and cable. Suitable for corrosive and wet environments, including pumps, motors, HVAC systems, machine tools, electrical housings and cabinetry. Good absorption of motion and vibration.

Non-UL Extreme Temperature LFMC 6800 Series
LIQUID-TUFF™ Non-UL Extreme Temperature Liquidtight, Flexible Metal Conduit designed for use where operation at a high temperature is required. The product is appropriate for continuous use at 150°C (302°F) in a dry location, 70°C in a wet location or oily location. The Liquid-Tuff Extreme Temperature jacket material is halogen-free, meets UL 94HB flammability requirements and has a low temperature brittle point of -60°C (-76°F). The product is designed to be used for specific applications where Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL) or other agency approvals are not required.

LIQUID-TUFF™ UL listed Hi-Low Temperature LFMC is a high performer in both high and low temperature conditions. Conduits should be carefully selected based on their applications, which can affect performance. Operating temperatures should be taken into consideration when installing in areas that will have extreme high temperatures or low temperatures over extended periods of time. Some examples would be rooftops, solar installations or other areas of direct sunlight. Conduits not suited for these applications may have shortened service life due to degradation of the material.

Stainless Steel Hygienic LFMC
NEMA 4X Approved flexible coated stainless steel conduit can be used for protecting electronic and electrical wires and cable. Suitable for corrosive and wet environments, ideally for applications where there is a washdown requirement such as food processing machinery and a wide temperature range is required.

LIQUID-TUFF™ LSZH Liquidtight Flexible Metal Conduit is a Low Smoke Zero Halogen raceway designed for applications where off gasing and flame spread are a concern. Made of polyurethane and nylon jackets, LIQUID-TUFF™ LSZH Liquidtight Flexible Metal Conduit are non-halogen emitting, have a low flame spread that release low amounts of non-toxic smoke, and self-extinguish. Falling well below the allowable maximums all Zero-Halogen conduits meet the following standards: ASTM® E 162 Flame Spread Index, ASTM® E 662 Smoke Density Generation, Bomardier SMP-800C Toxic Gas Generation, UL 94 Tests for Flammability of Plastic Materials for Parts.
