The connector will support Gigabit ethernet speeds up to 10GBASE-T with Category 6A cable. This product is the longer version of MCP6S-12447 and is useful for when you need to connect booted patch cords. This coupler is composed of a flame- resistant, water resistant, UV resistant material perfect for outdoor environments, and is shielded to prevent signal interference.
