MaxBag is designed to create a seal between the underground cable conduit and the cable(s) for telecommunications or other uses. It’s fast and easy to install. Simply pull the cord and it automatically inflates. MaxBag configurations support 2-, 3- and 4-inch conduit applications.
FEATURES
MaxBag can be activated manually without the need for any tools. Inflation is accomplished through a pull cord mechanism that activates an internal gas capsule, eliminating the requirement for external compressed air. This approach offers several advantages:
– Consistent inflation is achieved.
– No additional tools are necessary for the installation.
– There is no need for maintenance of inflation tools and accessories.
– The installation process is fast, flexible, and easy, resulting in reduced installation time.
– Even with water present inside the conduit, it is still possible to install and seal MaxBag.
– Removal of MaxBag is straightforward.
– The product is adaptable to accommodate cable diameters within the nominal minimum and maximum cable outer diameter.
– The life cycle of MaxBag is guaranteed to be a minimum of 20 years.
APPLICATIONS
MaxBag is specifically engineered to function as a protective barrier, preventing the entry or exit of silt, dirt/mud, debris, and rodents into buried conduits. Additionally, it aids in cable organization within the conduit. The internal pressure of MaxBag is approximately 43.5psi.
