Expand your network reach and prepare for tomorrow’s connections with Corning SMF-28e+® LL optical fiber. This enhanced single-mode fiber from Corning is an ITU-T G.652.D compliant optical fiber that builds on Corning’s low-loss fiber technology to enable extended networking distances for long-haul, metro, and access applications. SMF-28e+ LL fiber offers industry-leading specifications for attenuation and polarization mode dispersion (PMD) values, which provide a solid foundation for new network deployments as well as upgrades to existing networks.
ADSS fiber cables are ideal for placement on either overhead transmission towers, and can be designed to be placed in conduit when transitioning from power poles to the last miles in FTTH applicationd and are impervious to ice, wind, moisture, corrosion and electromagnetic interference (EMI). ADSS Fiber Cable is fitted with specifically-designed kevlar armored jackets to withstand high mechanical stress, ADSS loose tube cable is commonly used in cross-country applications where extra high voltage is present. Lightweight and small in diameter, ADSS cable reduces the load caused by ice and wind, as well as the load on towers and back props. Because it uses an existing electrical infrastructure pathway, replacing traditional wire with fiber optic cable is reliable and cost-effective. It can be installed on extra high voltage power lines without interruption of service. ADSS fiber cable can come in in gel or gel free structure from 2-288, 432 to 864 count fibers. The All-Dielectric Self Supporting (ADSS) cable is a completely non-metallic structure in which the tensile load bearing elements are integral within the circular design of the cable - usually in the form of aramid yarns or stranded glass reinfroced plastic rods. The fibres can be packaged in a variety of ways but are usually placed in polymer tubes which are then protected within the overall cable construction(All-Dielectric Self-Supporting) cable is ideal for installation in distribution as well as transmission environments, even when live-line installations are required. As its name indicates, there is no support or messenger wire required, so installation is achieved in a single pass, making ADSS an economical and simple means of achieving a fiber optic network. Fujikura manufactures its own line of attachment hardware as well as supplies formed wire fittings when preferred. We also provide AFL GLobal ADSS, Prysmian ADSS Fiber and some Corning ADSS Fiber- please see our 750,000 stock Corning SMF 28 LL fiber in Atlanta- This just came online and give us your best offer for all our 144 and 216 Corning ADSS SMF 28- CALL TODAY (866) FIBER-21

When requesting a quote for ADSS please note the "Span Length" and "load"
ADSS Fiber cable consists of loose tubes (or some fillers) stranded around the non-metal central strength member (FRP), along with PE extruded as inner sheath, then an amount of Kevlar yarns applied and PE extruded as outer sheath. The loose tube is made of good temperature property material. A number of single mode Fibers are secondary coated into the loose tube with suitable excess length and tube filled with moisture-proof compound. All the interstices of cable core are filled with water blocking compound.
Non-metal construction is suitable for suspension on towers and poles of high voltage power line to meet communication demand of power sector.
Kevlar as main tensile strength member has advantages of high Young's modulus, light, minor long-term extension. Its minor negative heat-expansion coefficient improves cable temperature property.
The amount of Kavlar applied to the cable can be adjusted to reach different mechanical properties required by actual environment (span, sag, ice load, wind speed, etc.)
Precisely design and control Fiber excess length in tube to optimum to ensure zero strain on Fiber even in the worst environment.
As it is light in weight and small in diameter, the affection by ice load and wind force and load on towers and poles can be reduced.
When the induction on cable surface is above 12KV, track-resistance sheath material is applied.
