| MRV Products Ethernet Copper (RJ-45) for Layer 0/1 Products  The SFP-EFG and SFP-GC are unique solutions from MRV that allow unprecedented flexibility in media conversion applications by providing plug-n-play copper Ethernet, Fast Ethernet and Gigabit Ethernet connectivity in a Small Form-Factor Pluggable (SFP) package. The SFP-EFG has a speed and duplex auto-negotiating 10/100/1000Base-TX copper (RJ-45) interface while the SFP-GC offers a duplex auto-negotiating interface. Both SFPs support MDI/MDI-X auto-detect as well. Installed in select Fiber Driver? or Lambda Driver? products having an available SFP port, the SFP-EFG and SFP-GC plug-ins provide an easy and cost-effective way to merge copper and fiber network segments. They provide an ideal solution for creating high-speed connections to high-end workstations and servers, and between wiring closets. |
